Closely together of the Itxaspe Camping they are the caves of Ekain (to less than 10kms), with most important paleolithic equestrian paintings of Europe. You will live a new experience in Ekainberri. By hours you will feel like that one human group that created the wonderful paintings of Ekain and lived in this same place during the Magdaleniense. You will enter they world and cave, you will create drawings using the same techniques and materials that they, you will enjoy their way to hunt or if you prefer you will be able to make fire in the way they did. Because Ekainberri is this and much more. 
Inside Ekainberri your eyes will lose the consciousness of the space limits. The dark, the sound and the temperature will surround and carry you to another time and place. The suitably illuminated footbridge, invites to cross all the retort, discovering little by little those images that the human being 13,000 years ago shaped.
Thanks to this retort we can discover, know and feel this artistic legacy of the basque paleolithic, declared World-wide Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO in the 2008.
