CANOEING AND SURFING
The magnificent features of the beach at Deba provide the opportunity to
practice these sports. The surfing association of Deba Zurrunbilo in

HIKING and MOUNTAIN BIKING
Time stands still in the beautiful spots that can be discovered on one of the
many routes crossing Deba. The changing features of the landscape covering a
large area means that Deba can offer hundreds of itineraries to follow: Santa
Catalina, Itxaspe, Elorriaga, Mendata and Sakoneta with wonderful, panoramic
views of the sea. How about a visit to Lastur, where you can watch cheese and
cloth being made in the traditional way, ancient windmills…? All in the magnificent setting of a succession of hills, woods and small
valleys.

CAVING
Descending to the depths and discovering the magic world of darkness is a dream
that can come true in Deba.
